Dolores Haze

Designer Samantha Giordano is exploring “the complexity of femininity” through her sustainable fashion brand, Dolores Haze. The line is named after the titular character in Nabokov’s “Lolita,” and the made-in-NYC designs are fittingly coquettish: think pleated dresses and silky separates, all heavily influenced by schoolgirl uniforms, the styles of the ‘60s, and hints of grunge.
