Once your payment information has been verified, orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Most orders ship within 2 business days, and you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If shipment of your order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email and given a revised ship date.

Ethica has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders shipping outside the U.S. International Checkout will ship to all destinations around the world, including APO / FPO addresses.
To place an international order, simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

As required by law, a sales tax will be assessed on orders shipped to Texas.
You have 21 calendar days from the receipt of your U.S. order to return your item in its original condition, for a refund, store credit or size exchange.
- We will accept one-time, size exchanges if the item is available in your desired size.
- If you return an item for store credit or a refund, please note that expedited shipping charges will not be credited / refunded.
In order to qualify for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition–meaning that it should be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged. All of the tags and any additional packaging materials, such as dustbags, must also remain in place. In order to preserve the premium ingredients, clean beauty products that are eligible for return must be unopened, with packaging intact.
Ethica has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. We regret that we cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise. A "FINAL SALE" message is displayed when non-returnable items are added to the shopping cart.
Please email us at orders [at] shopethica.com to initiate a return or exchange; you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. We cannot be responsible for items that are shipped back without proper return authorization, after the return period has expired, or that are sent to the incorrect address.
Please note that all orders shipped outside the U.S. are final sale and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
