Please note that we are an independent boutique with a very small team, and that the number of beautiful brands that we'd like to work with greatly exceeds what our resources allow. In order to honor our commitment to original storytelling, accuracy and transparency, we keep our brand roster small so that we can give each of our partners the respect and attention they deserve. While we make an effort to respond to every inquiry, we regret that we're not always able to do so–particularly during key periods like Market.
We are best equipped to work with brands that have U.S.-based operations. Most importantly, we're looking to create long-term partnerships with nice people who are authentically committed to creating change.

SERVICE, SOLUTION & SALES PITCHES
We are not currently seeking to add or replace service providers. Due to the high volume of email we receive, we are unable to respond to unsolicited pitches. This includes outreach from technology platforms and services; sales, business and staffing solutions; email, affiliate and e-commerce services; and advertising, public relations, digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media firms. We hope our candor will save you some time.
We use social media to engage with our customers. Please do not submit new-business pitches via comments or direct messages on these channels. Hunting our team down via LinkedIn, our personal Facebook accounts, or our private emails is also extremely unlikely to result in a sale.
